Aaron lives and farms with his family on Butter Creek, west of the town of Echo in Umatilla County. He is a member of the 4th generation to operate their family farm, and has been a lifelong resident of Umatilla county. Aaron has supported conservation efforts in Umatilla county through several capacities, including serving on local action committees for the Lower Umatilla Basin Groundwater Management Area, as an appointed member of the State Soil and Water Conservation Commission and as a director on this board, representing the Zone 1 region for many years. The conservation of natural resources for the benefit and enjoyment of people will always be important to him.
