Colin Hemphill was born and raised in Pilot Rock. He attended Walla Walla Community College and Washington State University with degrees in Agriculture Science and Agriculture Economics. He took over the family farm in 2008 on which he raises wheat, alfalfa, and a small cow calf oeration. When not farming, he stays busy chasing his two kids and adventuring with his family.
