Project Description: This project seeks to provide a guidebook with designs to the whole of Umatilla County that walks landowners, muncipalities, and even agencies through the bank stabilization permitting process. Part of the package includes designs for use that fit within exisiting rules and programmatics. The end goal of this undertaking is to cut down the cost and time it takes to get a permit.
Next Steps: The Umatilla SWCD is currently working with the consultant to get first drafts ready for partners to review in late October 2023.
